Italy Photographic Workshop Booking Details

OK, so the photo above is not our hotel, although if you join us for the First Week you'll be able to visit the beautiful Abbey at San Galgano.

As mentioned before, each 7 day week includes accommodations for 7 nights, all breakfasts, 2 dinners, ALL ground transportation (including trains and buses) from the starting point to the ending point, daily trips,  all photographic and computer instruction, and loads of fun. We will do all we can to make this a wonderful trip!

Not included is airfare, transportation to and from airports (but we'll help you choose the best option), meals not listed, tips (tipping in restaurants in Italy is not necessary, however), Wi-Fi in hotels (although free Wi-Fi is becoming more common), and incidental expenses.

The regular price for each week is $2900, per person, double occupancy.

But purchase our 1st week and get the 2nd week for 50% OFF - $4350 for both weeks!

A non-refundable deposit of $500 PER week, and PER person is required to reserve your spot. If you wish to have your own room, there is an additional fee of $400 per week. If you would like to share a room, let us know and we'll do our best to place you with a roommate.

And if you are a non-photographer, we offer a $300 discount per week. This makes the price for both weeks for a couple staying in the same room with one photographer and one non-photographer only $8300!  (Or $5300 for either week by itself)

As for the balance, monthly payments can be made, and we can work out a payment schedule to suit you.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, or we can invoice you on Paypal. Please call or email with any questions.

As we are a small operation and have to prepay for hotels and villas, funds paid are non-refundable. No partial refunds will be given for unused portions of a workshop. We highly recommend that all workshop participants purchase trip cancellation insurance independently.

The first week starts and ends in Florence, and the 2nd week starts and ends in Pisa. BOTH cities have international airports, and are only one hour apart by bus or train, so you really can fly in and out of either airport for either (or both) weeks. There is more to see in Florence, but Pisa is easier to get in and out of, and is close to public transportation. Choose whatever makes sense for your travel plans.

Once we receive your deposit, we can send you information on camera equipment, software recommendations, and other travel tips. Keep in mind that we are 9 hours ahead of California, and 6 hours ahead of New York, but if you email us with convenient times to call we would be happy to call you. Feel free to email us or call 1.800.29PHOTO from the US, or +1-415-287-4686 (San Francisco Number that reaches us here in Italy) from anywhere in the world. Leave a message if you don't connect, and we'll call you back right away. We look forward to sharing this amazing adventure with you!
